System requirements

32 bit or 64 bit Windows 95(IE 4.01+)/98/Me/NT4(IE 4.01+)/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/8
At least 64 MB memory
At least 5 MB free hard disk space

Run "nettime_ins.exe", and follow the instructions to install.

The Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/8 is required to run the software as system service.
