You can use the dialog box to submit a support request promptly, or submit the feature request and bug report. To access the dialog box, choose the "About" item from the tree menu on the left side of the "Main window" to display the "About" page, and then click on the "Support..." button in this page.
In the dialog box, you can click on the "Settings" button to display the "Connection settings" panel and "Proxy settings" panel. In the "Connection settings" panel, you can modify the connection settings that they are used to submit the support request, feature request and the bug report. And in the "Proxy settings" panel, you can specify a proxy server or modify the proxy server settings in order to submit the support request, feature request and the bug report.
In the "Connection" page of the "Main window", you can check the "Apply the settings to online upgrader and online support dialog box" box and then click the "Apply" button to use the connection settings in the "Connection" page to this "Connection settings" panel in this dialog box. When an exception is occured, the "Internal error" message box will be poped up. In the message box, clicking on the "Ignore" button will continue to execute the application, clicking on the "Terminate" button will termainte the application, and clicking on the "Report..." button will open this "Online supprt" dialog box. In the dialog box, you can fill in the "Name", "E-mail", "Summary", "Description", "Steps to reproduce", "Reproducibility", and the "Severity" fields , then click on the "Submit" button to submit a bug report to us about the exception.
